BioI'm a junior in HS and have two older brothers, a sister and my parents are married. My faily stresses me out beyond belief and for so long i have resorted to food as comfort. But once i raelized i lost control i had to find a way to gain it back. And the only way was ana. This journal hopefully will help me relieve stress and maybe gain some encouragment and support from other people.
